Welcome to 5 LA Nuevo Comienzo! Whether you're just starting out or have prior experience, our boxing & fitness classes are designed to help you achieve your goals while having a great time with fellow learners.

5LA Nuevo Comienzo will be providing Fitness & Boxing classes with the TOY Class following after it. Fitness & Boxing classes will be for advanced and intermediate participants. Our exercise routine will target upper body strength, lower body, core, and condition.
TOY ClaCs will be for children 0 to 5 years old.
Your child will be able to experience new exercises for the first time.
The class will focus on building their motor skills, including but not limited to balance, small movements, jump rope, and more.
They will also be able to develop self-discipline and have control of their bodies.
We encourage anyone to join as this will provide a healthy environment promoting better mental health, physical health, a goal-setting mentality, self-awareness, and more. This will promote a healthier setting for the whole family!

Did you know that American Sign Language is the third most widely used language in the United States? Our ASL classes are not only educational but also beneficial for communicating with members of the deaf community. Whether you have a deaf family member or simply want to broaden your language skills, our ASL classes are perfect for you. Start learning sign language today!
We also offer Baby sign language for infants to 0-5 children. This will help communication between child and parents and instill a better pariental relationship among both sides.

Reading is the key to unlocking a world full of knowledge and opportunities. Our literacy classes focus on instilling a love for reading in children of all ages, but we specifically focus on children 0-5. Through engaging stories and interactive activities, we aim to foster a strong foundation in literacy skills.
We will also be teaching Public Speaking as this will allow children to embrace their outer social skills. Join us in cultivating a passion for learning and storytelling!

Matrogymnasium is a 1-on-1 exercise carried out by mothers and children. These exercises can consist of gymnastics, dance, playtime, and/or body expression throughout 30 to 50- minute sessions. It is structured into three parts: the initial part, the core part, and the final part, with a Physical Education Class that aims at various aspects such as physical and cognitive skills. This is because Matrogymnasium is aimed at the development of a child's basic motor skills!
From an early age, we will help you target an overall healthy routine for your child. This will improve their concentration, and sleeping patterns, build stronger bones and muscles, and more.

we are committed to expanding support for family field trips, recreational activities, and enriching classes for children. We aim to engage 250 families in our program by the end of 2024, with at least 40 children actively participating in offerings such as American Sign Language, boxing, computers, and art. Our mission is to address the root causes of income inequality by building a strong foundation for our program and nurturing the well-being of our community.
